One of the first improvements I made when we moved into our new old house last spring was the front door. It’s amazing what a fresh coat of paint can do. Swipe right to see where we started. Is been a minute since I posted any updates about

Is been a minute since I posted any updates about our house. Updating or renovating at home is slow going and tends to take a back burner to projects over at @thewoodhouselodge anyway while procrastinating on some emails yesterday I did a thing I’ve been meaning to do for a while. I “harvested” some stuffing from my massive collection of throw pillow inserts and padding out the sagging corners of our back sofa cushions. They have down inserts and they are past the point of fluffing to regain their shape. This sectional is from the 60s and still has its original everything so I’m treading lightly but I think I made a big difference (even bigger in real life) swipe to see the before and after and check out my story. I’m still hunting for a coffee table and I just ordered material for drapes so hopefully this room will come together over the summer! 🤷🏼‍♀️
